Check your local SHARWARE dealer.  They may be able to provide some
utilities to do the PCL -> EPSON conversion that you are looking for.
I have picked up several EPSON utilities from this source.

I don't have the current catalog with me, here at the office, but
I know that there is about a full page full of printer utilities 
in it.

I'll check it tonight and post another response if I find any.
