I have what looks like an Orchid TinyTurbo 286 accelerator card (at least,
it looks like the picture in the Jameco catalog), but I don't have the
manual.  Can anyone tell me:

  (1) the purpose of the two toggle switches on the back of the card;
  (2) the meanings of the various jumper settings; and
  (3) how to get my XT to see a 80287 on the card?
