Does anyone know of any books that have been published describing the
Intel Object Module Format? Does Intel publish this sort of information
itself?

For those who don't know, the OMF describes a relocatable object language
for the iAPX-86 family of processors. Compilers such as C or Pascal generate
this object language as input for linkers and librarians.

I am particularly interested in the object module format produced by
Microsoft C.
