Lines: 13 I've rigged an old portable 'scope battery to act as an external battery for my NEC MultiSpeed EL computer. My question - will this configuration run into any problems as the external battery discharges and the internal battery charges? I.e. will there be a "backflow" of charge from the internal battery that damages either battery or computer? I've been using the setup for some time. The external battery works great - I get about 30 hours of use from it before I need to recharge, and then an additional 2 hours from the internal.
