I am looking for a program that will back up folders on my MAC SE.  I
haven't the money to go and purchase a ton of floppies to do my hard
drive yet, that's why I would like to just back my folders.  The ones
I want to do have close to 2 - 3 meg information.  I recently obtained
BackIt from sumex, but I couldn't figure how to get it to do just a folder.

Anybody know of a program that can do this, or some advice on how to
get BackIt to do this?  I also got Spy from sumex (cdev) and am not
sure what this is?
