I purchases a ZOOM modem directly from ZOOM last year. I have never had an ounce of trouble from it, and at that time the were offering a SEVEN year warranty. I bought it for approx. $135 with the seven year warranty. I figured that I'd have a 9600 bps by the time the warranty wears out. This would be my recommendation. And it is a personal opinion. Oh yea, it's external, comes with db8 to rs232 cable, manual, and lots of free joins to various bulletin board systems. I know you can buy one from MacConnection. -Rob rp1vsanu@miamiu.muohio.edu ---------------------------------------------- I gotten the most responses for the Supra modem, all of it was positive.
