A 94166-182 MPI disk drive is a 182Mb 5-1/4" full heighth hard drive.  It has an ESDI interface.  NCR does sell a box with a power supply, SCSI-ESDI disk controller, power supply, and disk/tape drive(s), but I don't know for how much.  The formatter is a function of the SCSI-ESDI disk controller.
