We just purchased a QMS ColorScript Model 10 and are very happy
with it.  Costs about $10K with all the bells.  It is post-
script compatible and uses the standard LaserWriter driver
(but you need V6.0).  Uses special paper which costs about
$0.45 per copy and special transparency film that costs about
$2.50 per copy.  It uses a termal transfer technology.  It 
has been rated best by MacUser, MacWeek and MacWorld.
