For example, I have an expense-account form in Excel which has to be reduced to 80% in order to print on one 8.5x11" sheet. I also don't want the print gridlines or row-column headers. Finally, in the Print dialog, I always want to preview it(must be the anal-retentive side of my personality, huh?) Setting these options and then saving the spreadsheet doesn't write them back (at least not in SYLK format) I've already RTFM-ed, without finding anything. p.s. I'm using Excel V2.2 on a Mac IIcx, if that makes any difference. Al Lehotsky
