Backdrop has not been recently updated and is incompatible with Quickdraw,
thus incompatible with the SE/30 on up.

However, there is an alternative that should work just as well. It's called
DeskPicture (or DeskPict). The complete package is available for FTP on
sumex-aim.stanford.edu in the directory /info-mac/inits. Enjoy!
