Hi, I am a student who have taken a few course in Pascal, data structure, and
will be taking C.  I have never program an application or any useful program on
any computer (except Hypercard, but that doesn't count).  How do you recommend
one get started in programming the Macintosh?  I'll be interested in book
recommendations for starting out?  I am also very interested in knowing how you
managed to become a Mac programmer.  I always have a problem on figuring out
what kind of programs I should write first to learn the ins and outs.
