   Dear folks,

   I have done some Mac programming so far, but not terribly much.
   There are a couple of little things for which I would like to
   try writing an INIT, but I can't find any explanations in
   Inside Mac (and I have vols I-V).  An explanation of cdev's, yes,
   and that may yet be useful.  But not INITs.

   So could somebody please tell me where to find this documentation?
