I am looking for code or advice on bringing up a bitmap at boot time.  I know
that there was some sample code out there on how to bring an ICN# up from
within an INIT.  Info on where I could find that would be helpful (I didn't
grab it from the net the last time it came around.)

I would be much obliged for any information.
