The promised 1989 tech notes arrived last week.  With the exception of
June (which was backordered), they were all there.  I didn't get the
copy of APDAlog that Phil promised to send, but since I already have
it that's just as well.

So there may be some hope for APDA yet.  Now let's just see if they
remember to send me a renewal notice...
