Better yet, get rid of both Terminal and Shell in favor of xterm.
Provide some nice interface by which you can get xterm started from
the dock.  The only thing I use Terminal for any more is to start up
twm and kterm (kanji version of xterm).

Another winning feature about xterm over Terminal/Shell -- the source
is available so we can fix bugs in it.  Give me open standards and
open software any time...
