In some respects I have found FrameMaker to be extremely versatile, and well worth the praise. On the other hand, I purchased this application with the expressed intent of replacing my currently heavy use of TeX with a WSYWYG document preparation system. I was told that FrameMaker completely supports book preparation, but now I find that bibliographic databases and references are not supported at all. Poor advertising. Not that I believe everything that a company tells me on the phone. So, does anyone have a way to prepare reference lists and cites in FrameMaker? Preferably in a smart way? Or am I a TeX man once again? Thanks for any comments. Jack Hodges, SFSU
