Thinking of the possible burn-in problem with the nextlogin.tiff, how
about slightly randomizing its placement after each logout?  keep the
head-shake and all such semantics, but move the tiff around so that
the white entry fields don't constantly stay in one place. Is such
placement info kept in the WindowServer stuff?
