I guess you just got off the boat. How about access to a bibliographic database in some standard form (such as bibtex format)? How about access to and use of format style files so that different standard cite and reference formats can be adhered to with a keystroke? How about single command ease of use instead of some masturbation at the keyboard? Wake up Mike! Then again, maybe your job pays at the level of keystroke, but mine does not.
