I'm running kermit as a serial line terminal program for logging in to the campus network and would like to double my speed. Even the lowly mac plus can handle 57600 baud. Both machines use the same Zilog Z8530 chip, so I don't see any obvious incapability on the part of the NeXT machine. Does anyone know how to add unsupported speeds? or if it is possible? Also, I see in the 1.0a release UNIX man pages that slattach is documented there, however there is no such command implemented. In fact, this is one command I would like very much to use. So what is going on here? Did someone forget something?? -Avery Wang
