Thanks to all who sent me mail about sun 2 power supply repair, sun 2
parts in general, and upgrades of sun 2 to 4.x.  I've listed the 3 places
that people mentioned for sun 2 service and parts below.  I received a lot
of mail about sun 2 upgrades to 4.x, but just about no one recommended it.

we have purchased a cannibalized power supply from an outfit in the CS
department here on the U.C. Berkeley campus.  actually, i guess it's
technically from U.C.B. salvage.  when we replaced the p.s., the sun 2
came back up as normal.

about *tip* problems:  no one seemed to know for sure why this happened.
maybe there is a bug in one of the boards.  our hardware guys here think
it might be a pickup problem.

some people suggested using the sun 2 simple as an X-term.
