I have a zenith 386-16 with 4 MB memory and have been trying to use
Zcache.sys which comes with Zenith MS-DOS 3.3Plus as a hard disk cache
in extended memory. The device installs correctly and says it has set up
a cache after bootup. However there is no performance change at all that
I can notice or that either Norton SI or Coretest will notice. However if
I set up Microsoft SMARTDRIVE instead then both programs notice a significant
boost in performance.

Does ZCACHE not work or I am I doing something wrong, or am I not testing
it correctly?
