There is a program called WSLTEX (WordStar to LaTeX) which converts Wordstar
files to LaTeX. I've never looked at it, so I don't know if it handles math
or not.

The idle and curious may obtain it from ymir.claremont.edu in
[anonymous.tex.utilities.wsltex]
