I'm compiling a list of .{whatever} files such as .cshrc, .exrc, .plan,
etc.  If anyone has knowledge of any such files (there's a lot of them),
please email them to me with the following info:

I.  Name of file
II.  Contents of file
III.  What it is used for (what program(s) use it).

Everything is welcome - even the more esoteric ones.  I'm going to
compile all these into one document and post it to the net when I'm 
finished.  Thanks in advance.
