Mark - there are several program around that will capture a Windows 
screen and save to file.

A shareware program called TIFFANY will capture and save to TIFF format.

A commercial program called COLLAGE PLUS will capture to PCX format.

There's also a MSoft utility included (I believe) with the SDK, called 
SNAP, that will capture to cliboard for pasting as a bitmap into another
WinApp.

I'm sure there are a number of others as well.
