When running 'make install.man' on various directories, I get the following

../.././util/scripts/bsdinst.sh -c -m 0444 xedit.man /usr/man/mann/xedit.n
cp: cannot create /usr/man/mann/xedit.n
install.man in ./clients/xedit done

I made no changes other than those required in ..config/hp.cf.

Any suggestions ??
