This is intended for the X gurus:

On the MIT distribution tape the file Project.tmpl in the
config directory defines
	MKDIRHIER = BourneShell $(BINDIR)/mkdirhier.sh
resp.
	MKDIRHIER = BourneShell $(SCRIPTSRC)/mkdirhier.sh

However, mkdirhier will be installed as mkdirhier and not as
mkdirhier.sh. Project.tmpl should be changed accordingly.
