To Whom It May Concern.

We need help with programs dealing with topological
problems, running in a X-environment.

Let us introduce ourselves: CASE & CAD Engineering AB
is a company that among other things deal with CAD &
CAM related technical information for the construction
and engineering industries.

We are now developing a program to be used by architects
during the design phase. In order to solve all kinds of
2D topological problems we need a class-library (or a
C-library) with as many surface manipulation operations
as possible. We want this library to have a graphical
X-interface.

If you have information on a library or an interface 
( or both ) we would very much like to share it.
