Luckily, my doctor is one of those conservative types. Instead of just killing the pain or recommending surgery, he pulled out some data on an even simpler possibility: take some B-6 supplementation. I did a 50 mg. balanced B tablet four times a day for a month, then three times a day. I've included it in my normal supplementation for a couple of years now and it worked just great.
