Just to repeat a question always asked when some software is announced 
available via anon. ftp:

How can I get this software (nntp 1.5.8 in this case) if I don't have
access to the Internet, i.e. if all I can do is send and receive UUCP 
mail? Is there such a thing as a mail server for the nntp stuff?
