I have recently aquired a Regency RH256 Radio.  It is a sixteen channel
programable VHF radio.  No instructions came with the radio, but it is
my understanding that it can be programmed in the ham band as well as the
land mobile radio band.  (and is FCC type accepted).

Does anyone know how to program this radio?  Any help would be appreciated.
