Several weeks ago there was some activity discussing the Sony Control-L
and Control-S remote controls for VCRs.  Typically, after all the 
discussion subsided, I developed a need for the info.

I need to obtain the specifications, protocols, etc. along with any
discussion of the differences in the two formats.  Ideally there would
be a Sony service publication that would have this information.  If not,
any suggestions as to its availability would be appreciated. Please
post to rec.video or email.
