I have an unusual request, I have a neighbor that plays his
stereo too loud and I get tired of asking him to turn it down.  I
would like to be able to either interfere with his signal or
cause noise at the speakers themselves so he will move the stereo
away from the wall and preferable into another room.  I have
never heard of a reliable way to do this across about 2-ft of
wall.  If anyone knows of something simple and inexpensive please
post or drop me a line.
