Archive-number: 1847 Recently, the Toronto Board of Education took the bold step of approving condom vending machines in the high schools. This is, in my opinion, an excellent idea--it will encourage sexually active students to use condoms instead of having unprotected sex. As for those who think that it will encourage sex, students are going to have sex whether you give them condoms or not--and it's better at least to encourage them to have safe sex. I hope that the other school boards in Canada and the United States will follow the bold lead of the Toronto Board of Education and help promote safe sex by putting condom machines in their schools too! -- Uucp: ...{gatech,ames,rutgers}!ncar!asuvax!stjhmc!250!301!Norm.Marcus Internet: Norm.Marcus@f301.n250.z1.fidonet.org
