According to the New York Times (3/13) a Canadian
company called Video Effects has a hockey video
game in which you play the goalie.  A video 
camera monitors your movements and displays them
on the screen, where they interact with the video
game.  They also have a demo where you can play a drum
just by drumming your arms.
