We are trying to decide whether to use C/Motif, C++/Motif, C++/InterViews.
Any information that would help us make this decision or help us get
started in these environments would be appreciated.  More specifically:
1.  Has anyone converted the X header files to be C++ compatible?
2.  Does anyone know of helpful InterViews documentation or articles?
3.  Are there problems with any of these environments that we should be
    aware of?
