Summary: What's available and where for generating parsers in (not for) C++ Message-ID: <4034@iis.UUCP> Date: 27 Mar 90 12:46:59 GMT Reply-To: kells@iis.ethz.ch (Kevin Kells) Organization: Numerical Simulations Group, ETH/IIS Zurich Lines: 24 What lex-like and yacc-like tools are available for creating parsers/compilers in C++ for other languages? From where are they ftp'able or where can one get a tape? My interest is actually to be able to use plain lex and yacc with my C++ code without having to fight with the non-ansi/non-C++ output that plain lex and yacc produce. A version of lex and yacc that produces C++ code (or at least ansi code) is what I'm after, but there is probably interest in having more general information available in one summary. I will post a summary of "what is available" - "what it does" - "where you can get it" if you would be kind enough to send me via mail the information that you have.
