Keywords: c++, g++ Message-ID: <694@halley.UUCP> Date: 29 Mar 90 00:07:45 GMT Sender: news@halley.UUCP Lines: 14 I've been trying to build g++ version 1.37.0 on a sparc station (Sun OS 4) for a week now. I get an illegal instruction in cc1plus (C++ -> C), apparently on C++ constructs (C constructs are ok). I'm compiling it with gcc version 1.37.1, which seems to be working fine. If you've gotten g++ 1.37.0 working, please send me hints (a Makefile?); or if I should use an older version, let me know... On another note, is there a mailing list for gnu users? There aren't any gnu newsgroups available at my site right now. Mike Kelley Tandem Computers, Austin, TX halley!kelley@cs.utexas.edu (512) 794-0954
