I have received numerous queries about entries in the
RTX Contest, and the awarding of Contest Boards.  The official 
answer is:  If Harris received your entry by 23 March 1990 and 
your entry was accepted, a board will be shipped to you by
06 April 1990.  Later entries will have a turn-around time of
about 3 weeks.

If your entry is rejected for any reason, you will receive a 
letter, an explanation of why your entry was rejected, and another 
entry form (so please try again!).

Please do not ask me about any particular entry: I have no control
or knowledge about them (very carefully cultivated ignorance :-) .
