So gang,

I have been told that Andrian Frutiger designed the OCR-B font, as well 
as Univers.  But I can't tell if anyone actually _owns_ the font.  Or is it 
in the "public domain"?  Or more specificly is "OCR-B" just a spec?  
If so, who are the design police/standards body?
