I'm looking for a description of the Warren Abstract Machine for
Prolog. I have the reference for Warren's original paper 

"An Abstract Prolog Instruction Set", SRI International TR-309, 1983

but I don't know how to get a copy of it. 
Any suggestions on how to get a copy of this paper (or any others
on the subject) will be highly appreciated.
