Well, I must make one comment about those who choose to wait for Prentice
Hall.  Their "1.3 Upgrade Kit" was WORSE than any of the kits I got off
the net.  No instructions on how to go about installing the upgrade, and
several missing header files.  If I had not had access to this newsgroup,
the 1.3 upgrade kit would have been USELESS!  There is no real excuse for
the long ( >6 months) delay between when Andy posts to the net and P-H (maybe)
decides to offer a new version.  Perhaps someone should propose a "service
arrangement" with P-H, where a small company takes over handling of MINIX
upgrades and support, and cut's P-H in for a percentage of the business.
Andy-- Do you think that P-H would be open to such a discussion?
