Apparently IBM is not IBM compatible. It used to work. Does anyone have any more experience, ideas etc? Andy Tanenbaum (ast@cs.vu.nl) I was one of those people. The problem is somewhere in the protected mode code, I'd bet. 1.5.5 will boot an original IBM AT with the bios_wini.c driver running in real mode. If I get the chance, I'll make up a version with at_wini.c to run in real mode and see what happens. ~~~Steve -- /************************************************* * *Steven Abrams abrams@cs.columbia.edu * **************************************************/ #include #include
