To obtain all of this long before many other people, who, when they do eventually get it are expected to pay. Oh well, I do so like to expand my vocabulary. Seriously though, I do wonder why people like Andy, Bruce, Frans et al bother when I see some of the postings in this newsgroup. Upgrading from the net is not mandatory. Nobody's forcing you to improve the performance of your OS. Incidentally, if you think some of the minix upgrades are painful, try upgrading some of the commercially available OS (RSX-11 is one that springs to mind). Then you MIGHT have something to complain about. A message to all of the people out there who have been moaning about the upgrade process: STOP IT ! Share and enjoy Bob. P.S. I realise there is a difference between complaining and constructive criticism, can anyone tell me what it is ;-) | Bob Green Inmos Ltd, Bristol | EMail(UK) ukc!inmos!bob |---------------------------------------| or bob@inmos.co.uk |The opinions above are my personal | Internet: bob@inmos.com |views and do not reflect Inmos policy. | UUCP:(US) uunet!inmos.com!bob
