They are using monochrome X-terminals. I have a copy of xps that I found on uunet. The users complain that it is buggy and slow. dxpsview is available on DEC's, but it only wants to run on color displays, for some reason, even though it doesn't support color postscript. Sun's merged server is totally, absolutely out, as these are X-terminals, not Suns. Anyone know of any other programs, a patch to dxpsview or a newer version of dxps than the one from around Jan 1988.
