Of course it was sky high, I believe. But just think about it. If you could find a LCD screen that accepted standard RGB analog inputs, and took an amiga 500 and adapted the LCD screen to the top, and a battery pack to the back, you would have a portable lap-top Amiga. Even better would be to adapt the whole shebang into a normal laptop case (but the 500 is a bit wider than most laptops). So what would this cost? About $600 for the 500, $200 for the battery pack, and around $600 for the LCD screen? prices are guesses, probably high at that. And some elbow grease. So, around $1400 for an amiga laptop?
