I wrote a BDF to Amiga font converter, but it needs to be cleaned up 
a bit before sending it to comp.sources.amiga.  There are programs to
convert Mac fonts to BDF, so with these two programs you should be
able to do the conversion.  There are a bunch of Mac fonts in the contributed
X stuff (in BDF form I think), so that's yet another source of fonts.

If anyone else has any interest in seeing this program, send email as it
will encourage me to get this thing out faster.
