Do any of you have the MediaPhile Desktop Video Production System from Interactive Microsystems? The system requires a "Counter Cable Kit" which is installed in the playback VCR and allows the computer to keep track of where it is on a videotape. If you have one of these counter cables installed in your VCR(s), I'd appreciate it if you'd drop me some email - I'd like to ask some questions about the cable and its installation procedure. I have called the company already, but the employee I spoke with did not appear to be technically knowledgeble and could not answer my questions in any great detail.
