I wish to know if there is a way to print a large bitmap (800x700x3) to the
printer using the standard preferences printer.  I have tried using the
example in RKM Version 1.1, but all I can get is a dump of the current screen.
Is there a way to fake out the graphics driver by defining a view in software
that is never actually showed but has the proper pointers set to my Custom
BitMap?
