From the way the software works, you will need a fresh copy of the software disk before you'll be able to log in again. Hopefully you made a copy of the disk when you got it and were using the copy. If you don't have a fresh orginal, you will have to wait while another one is mailed to you. The software will give you customer service's number whenever it has problems. The easiest way to get it is to turn off your modem and try loggin on; it's bond to fail!
