Panarthea is moving to new hardware, so the archive server may be unavailable
for a short while next week.  It should not go away for more than a day or
so, but I don't want anyone wondering where it's gone.  Archive users will
not notice any change in functionality (except that the requests may be
serviced a split-second faster...)
